For optimal results, please follow these simple steps before you arrive at COCO, while at COCO, and after you leave COCO.

Before You Arrive

• Shower and exfoliate.
• Do not apply deodorant.
• Do not apply any creams or lotions.
• Wear loose fitting cotton clothes, preferably dark.

While at COCO
We will explain the following steps in greater detail when you arrive:

• Remove make-up and deodorant if you haven't done so already.
• Put on a shower cap. However, if the solution gets on your hair, it won't color it.
• Remove clothes. If tan lines are desired, you can wear underwear or a bikini.
• Step into the booth and press the button to begin. Note, you can breathe in the booth - DHA is a sugar and is completely safe. However, most people find it more comfortable to hold their breath during the four 10 second sprays.

After you leave COCO

• We recommend that you wait 4-6 hours before showering or working out. During this period the DHA is interacting with your skin - wetting your skin will decrease the tanning effect.
• Your actual tan is a result of the DHA interacting with your skin and will keep darkening for 24 hours.
• After 24 hours, your skin will be a beautiful golden brown!
